Legal Justification
The scope of NEPO525 - Executive Recruitment is limited to sourcing executive and senior management roles only. The variation amends only its term by an additional 12-month period. The existing provision remains with no modifications or changes to its original scope. The value of the Framework remains unchanged and NEPO do not anticipate that additional services require variation of the published value. Notwithstanding, NEPO are satisfied the variation remains consistent with the applicable criteria and thresholds set out in Regulation 72(1)(e). The Framework provides no guarantee of any orders and Contracting Authorities make no commitment of exclusivity or use. NEPO anticipates that market engagement for a new solution will begin in Q3 2026, with an expected future Framework award in Q2 2027. Interested Suppliers are encouraged to participate at market engagement to assist in shaping the future solution and are advised to register at www.open-uk.org to receive future updates on activity.
