Description

This exercise is to establish a framework and a contract under the framework agreement for the supply and delivery of hot beverage ingredients for a total period of four years (from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with the option to extend further to 31 March 2030).

Renewal Options

A single 12 month extension available till 31 March 2030 from the default contract expiry date of 31 March 2029.

Award Criteria

Price The tender submission will be evaluated on a 70% price criteria, where the overall lowest bid (for the core list of goods) will receive full marks of 70%. All other offers will be scored a comparative mark, by calculating the percentage difference between them and the offer which achieved the highest mark and deducting this from the highest available mark 70%.
Non price Rest of the 30% in the overall score will be used to assess the quality of supplier offerings, which is further split into equal weightages of Quality, social value and sample testing. Method statements will be utilised to capture the quality and social value offerings by a supplier.
