Significantly delays if going with any other supplier due to lead in times for door orders. Doors were competitively tendered on a supply and fix basis. However, the preferred Trade Contractor didn’t have a sufficient credit rating to support a procurement of this value/scope on top of their labour only element and with Datim having been brought into the supply chain it was believed added value could be achieved.
