Clearsprings Ready Homes intends to procure Hard Facilities Management (FM) services to ensure the safe, compliant and efficient operation of a property. The contract will cover provision of round-the-clock emergency response for critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and, other planned preventive maintenance(PPM) works. This Periodic Indicative Notice is issued for information purposes only and to provide early visibility of a potential future procurement opportunity.
