Legal Justification

The Lethality & Protect/Gunnery Systems & Munitions Team, part of the UK Ministry of Defence (the Authority) intends to award a contract for a period of five years to ISTEC Services Limited for Spares, Repairs and Post Design Services for the Swing Arm Gun Mount (SAGM). The estimated total contract value is £1.7M. In accordance with Section 2 of the Procurement Act 2023 this procurement is governed by the Procurement Act 2023.
