Legal Justification

The CHP units are very antiquated, the previous incumbent serviced and changed parts on our behalf. This makes it a complex system to tender for, a PIN was issued early 2025 to garner supplier interest and see if they were able to service our unit at Doncaster. Only YLEM were most suitable and were most economical. It is the intention to keep the same suppliers for our CHP units throughout the trust.
