Description

This opportunity is for the planned preventative maintenance of overhead sectional doors and associated controls, servicing of mechanical parts and when necessary, add asset identification.

Total Quantity or Scope

Works will include and not restricted to the Planned Preventative Maintenance of Overhead Sectional Doors and associated controls, servicing of mechanical parts and when necessary add asset identification across various locations in Dumfries and Galloway. All Overhead Sectional Doors and associated controls shall be maintained to the current manufacturer’s specifications and schedules. All work to be carried out in accordance with the approved codes of practice BS 7036-0:2014 & BSEN1605:2012, together with the provisions of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all other relevant legislation.

Renewal Options

This Contract may be extended beyond the Initial Term on a maximum of one (1) occasion, for a period of up to one (1) year at the Council's sole discretion, by the Council giving the Contractor not less than one (1) months' notice prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or the Renewal Period (as applicable).
