"This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified.North Central London Intergrated Care Board (NCL ICB) is the Co-ordinating Commissioner for this contract with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. Decision was made by NCL ICB on 20th May 2025, as the Board agreed the system financial plan for 25/26. Contract Variation was signed by Frances O'callaghan, CEO. No conflicts were declared."
