This opportunity is for the engagement of a competent, experienced contractor to undertake the work to replace the existing fitted communal kitchens with a new kitchen along with associated decorating and flooring works. The kitchens are located within Darwin College. Darwin College is located in the centre of the University’s Canterbury Campus and the surrounding buildings will remain active throughout the course of the works.

Renewal Options

The work shall be carried out between Monday 22nd June 2026 and Friday 18th September 2026. The University of Kent also reserves the right to utilise the successful contract for any other related works for a period of 12 months until 18th September 2027.
