Description

Generally, the service will comprise the servicing, maintenance and 24/7 reactive repairs to oil & gas fired central plant serving communal heating installations; Air source heat pumps; ground source heat pumps; and NIBE Exhaust Air systems for domestic dwellings together with the heating systems within the individual Tenants properties throughout Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Renewal Options

The Term Contract for the Maintenance & Servicing of Central Plant and Renewable Installations will be for a 2-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at Castlehill Housing Association's discretion to a maximum of 4 years.
