This Corrigendum (F14) modifies the previously published notice for this procurement. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply. Following an internal review, the Authority has determined that the previously advertised structure does not fully align with the integrated service model now required; it is therefore more appropriate to discontinue this process and undertake revised commissioning activity.
