Description

Newcastle City Council seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake roofing and associated works. The contract will include re-roofing works to high rise blocks and traditional 2-3 storey properties, together with upgrading the rainwater goods, repairs to brickwork, chimney repairs, valley gutter repairs, etc. with an estimated at £2.7m budget.

Specification Strength of proposals to comply with the Council's Specification - quality evaluation will be made on the proposals set out in this Tender Response Form submitted in response to the Service Specifications at Appendix A, A1 - Project Brief and will carry a 40% weighting
