Total Quantity or Scope
This procurement involved an invitation to submit bids for funding relating to the priorities of the Learning Disability and Autism Transformation Group. This notice is an intention to award a contract under the most suitable provider process to a number of successful providers. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £966,275 for 18 month period, contract commencement date of 01/03/2026. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 23 February 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR'.

The award of these contracts were reviewed and approved by the Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health and Learning Disabilities and Autism Commissioning Committee. No conflicts were declared. Every submission was scored by a panel that included an independent member from the VCFSE using the PSR key criteria and awarded based on the objectives outlined in the Transformation Group LDA Priorities.
