Description
Provision of Podiatry AQP COVID Recovery service. Patients contacted prior to referral and discharged to private provider for Physiotherapy treatment
Total Quantity or Scope
Patients contacted prior to referral and discharged to private provider for Physiotherapy treatment. The provider will treat anddischarge as appropriate. Provider will write outcome letter to GP and re refer to BHFT Podiatry if necessary. Treatment will be provided across two sites: -Maidenhead Podiatry andChiropractic Clinic and Theale Wellbeing Centre. The trust intend to award the contract to anexisting provider under Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime. The valueof the contract is £30,000.00 ex VAT (Maidenhead Podiatry and Chiropractic Clinic£21,000.00 and Theale Wellbeing Centre £9,000.00 The service will be provided 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2026.
