Tameside Council is looking to appoint a Supplier to provide Workwear Rental and Managed Cleaning and Repair Services (the "Services"), with the aim of providing clean good-quality workwear, bearing value for money and sustainability in mind. The Contract Period is four (4) years. Award Criteria

St Helens Council is inviting potential suppliers to provide a Managed Garment Service (supply and clean of engineers / mechanics overalls) to the Transport section based at at Hardshaw Brook Depot, Parr St, St Helens, WA9 1JR. The length of contract shall be for the period of three years commencing from the 05 May 2026 to 04 May 2029. Award Criteria

Renewal Options
Tameside Council and St Helens Council reserve the right to increase or decrease the volume of managed garments that are utilised as part of this service. The contract value will be increased or decreased to reflect the requirement.

Bidders can bid for one or both Lots. The Councils will award the contract to the most advantageous bidder for themselves (they reserve the right to award the contract to one supplier or two based on the outcome of the evaluation). No submission received after the closing date and time will be accepted other than where there are exceptional circumstances which may be considered by the Director of STAR Procurement in their sole discretion.
