This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.This contract, made under the urgent award criteria of the Provider Selection Regime, has been awarded due to the Trust receiving a short notice, allocation of non-recurrent targeted funding. This funding allocation was not part of the standard agreement, and the requirement precludes the time awarded to conduct a competitive procurement process.
