Wheatley Group is Scotland’s leading housing, care and property management group. The Group is one of the UK’s largest builder of social rented homes. This Framework is for the provision of key construction consultancy services to support the Group’s on-going house building programme and the wider requirements of the Group including include rehabilitation of existing properties, extensions & adaptations and planned maintenance projects. Projects that will be placed through this Framework will range in size, tenure and type and it is therefore critical the Framework which is created is fit for purpose for utilisation by all Group subsidiaries. This Framework will be procured on behalf of the Wheatley Group and any additional subsidiary companies of the Group that may be added during the period of the Framework will have the ability to utilise this Agreement. The duration of this Framework will be 36 months with the option to extend by a further period of 12 months at the sole discretion of the Wheatley Group.
