Description

The CNC is seeking proposal for Total Facilities Management supplier to support the entire property portfolio. This will replace the current provision whereby premises are managed via local contracts. (NOTE: This opportunity is strictly for the approved suppliers in the CCS RM6232 framework Lot1b)

Renewal Options

The contract will be for an initial 5-year period with an option to extend by two 1 yearly extensions reviewed on an annual basis.
