We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for upcoming sash window and associated timber repair works across multiple sites in Sandhurst, Portsmouth, and Central London. Scope of Works: The works will include (but are not limited to): • Sash window repairs and refurbishment • Repairs to skylights / roof lanterns • Timber door and frame repairs Project Locations: • Sandhurst - 22 listed dwellings, split into three separate projects • Portsmouth - 5 listed dwellings, to be tendered as three separate projects • Central London - 2 listed dwellings, each to be tendered as individual project Contractor Requirements:

Interested contractors must hold Constructionline Gold accreditation. Contractors without Constructionline Gold may still express interest; however, by doing so they agree that: • Their company details may be passed to our Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply chain partners for tendering purposes. • Any awarded works would be undertaken via those suppliers on our behalf, rather than being contracted with us directly.
