The Authority require support in delivering comprehensive residential estate management services, including but not limited to: Property Management Services Agency Services (including rental valuations) Valuation Services (Potential Acquisitions) Refurbishment/Redevelopment Project Management Residential investment and development advice and consultancy Further details can be found within the ITT and the Specification.
Renewal Options
The contract will be for a period of five years from Friday 1st May 2026 until Thursday 30th April 2031, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12-month periods, at the sole discretion of CPG.
