Description

ESPO are establishing a national framework for the provision of site security services, to include key holding, lock / unlock services, static guarding, and mobile guarding.

Renewal Options

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months (under normal circumstances this will either be completed in full or in 12-month periods and is subject to the performance of the framework). The total estimated framework value captured in this notice includes the option to extend as noted above.

The framework is NOT divided into lots - the framework could have been split into Lots by region or service type. However, our customers typically require suppliers to be able to provide a full range of site security services. Tenderers are able to bid on a regional basis within the framework, therefore SMEs are not precluded from submitting a bid based on their location or service area and it was not deemed relevant to split into regional Lots.
