Description
Gateshead Council has a requirement for Servicing, Maintenance, and Repair of Air Conditioning Units to be undertaken in various Establishments across the Borough of Gateshead.
Total Quantity or Scope
The contract will include reactive maintenance (call out) facility as well as servicing. It will be 24 months, commencing 1st April 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.

As the Contracting Authority is procuring under this DPS there has been no requirement to publish the opportunity prior to award.
