Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group are seeking to procure a provider to undertake the posting of local bus service information (at-stop timetables).

Renewal Options

There are two options to extend for 1 year each. A contract extension or variation may also be required in the event of a significant and unforeseen change in the volume of timetable changes that must be produced or posted. This may arise where external factors - such as legislative or regulatory changes, region wide service revisions mandated by relevant transport authorities, or other circumstances outside of TVCA’s control - result in a substantial increase in the number of bus timetables requiring updating and installation within compressed timeframes. Such circumstances would materially alter the volume of work beyond what could reasonably have been anticipated at award stage.
