Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC), is seeking to develop a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) of Bidders of Domestic Energy Efficiency Retrofit Consultancy Services who are able to work in partnership with CHIC and its members to develop Energy efficiency solutions to homes across the UK. The Optimised Retrofit project will see homes made more energy-efficient. The CHIC Retrofit Compliance DPS seeks Delivery Partners capable of carrying out the post-retrofit evaluation, measurement and audit of all projects that are required to comply with Publicly Available Specification 2035 (PAS 2035).

Notice of Termination of CHIC CHIC UK Retrofit Compliance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) CHIC, as the Authority is hereby giving notice of its termination of this DPS. The termination process will commence immediately upon the publication of this notice, meaning the DPS Agreement will end on Wednesday 25th February 2026. From the date of publication all pending requests to participate (RTPs) are cancelled and no new applications will be reviewed. Contracts awarded before the DPS closure will continue until their specific expiry date. CHIC continues to manage a range of DPS solutions in their current portfolio in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2024.
