Description

This Invitation to Tender is for the supply and delivery of general building materials to support both reactive maintenance and planned works across the Bolton at Home Group. The appointed supplier will be required to supply and deliver materials on an as needed basis to both tenanted and untenanted properties. It is anticipated that approximately four to five deliveries per week will be required.

Renewal Options

Subject to satisfactory contract performance, there is the potential for two additional 12-month contract extensions.
