The project aims to support young people with histories of multiple Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), who would not normally engage with mental health services, through the arts, sports, creative ventures or other activities co-produced and designed by the young people themselves and delivered by people trained in trauma awareness and supported by therapists.
