Description
Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is commissioned to provide Talking Therapies services in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin. The Limbic Access Chatbot has proven (following a two-year pilot) to be a suitable solution in assisting the Talking Therapies team deliver an efficient referral and triage process. This procurement is for the provision of such services. The value of the three-year contract is £120,895.50. The services will be provided between 08.02.26 and 08.02.29.

Legal Justification
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to Hilary Wood - procurement@mpft.nhs.uk The decision makers are Jeanett Larsen and Hilary Wood Conflict of interest forms have been completed by individuals within MPFT and by the supplier - no conflicts of interests have been declared. The provider has been assessed against 1. Quality and Innovation 40%, 2. Value 20%, 3. Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability 15%, 4. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 15%, and 5. Social Value 10%. The provider was able to adequately demonstrate that they fulfilled the required criteria.
