The Provider will provide continuing health care packages of care for adults and children, including but not limited to, brain injuries, spinal injuries, respiratory support, neurological conditions, personal care, live in care and respite care.

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB has made a contract award following direct award process B of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £1,500,000 Contract term - 15 December 2025 - 14 December 2027
