It takes a supported employment approach that focuses on placing participants into work at the earliest opportunity and providing ongoing support to help them succeed. Unlike some other models that may emphasise extensive pre-employment training and intervention, Connect to Work integrates job-seeking and employment support, ensuring that participants can start working quickly while receiving the necessary assistance to overcome barriers.
