This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 17/03/2026 by midnight. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR

This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.Any representations can be sent to Nichola.lane2@nhs.net. There were no conflict of interests recorded and the award criteria was used to measure the current contract delivery, performance and suitability alongside the supplier's ability to continue to deliver the requirement meeting a high standard developing the service and its users to help reduce health inequalities, providing quality and innovation within the digital healthcare space to achieve effective solutions for fast, easy to access care for all patients without discrimination due to location, ability to travel and patient availability. This is a waiting list initiative so the supplier will be providing fast treatment plans to help clear the waiting lists which held to provide an element of choice for the patient to receive an online (via the supplier) or an in person programme (via the Trust). The supplier was assessed against all 5 key criteria including value, integration, collaboration and service sustainability as well as Social Value.
