Description
Leicester City Council (‘the Council’) invites Quotations for the supply of 12 moveable curved shaped tree planters made of reconstituted porphyry stone or similar (subject to approval). There will be 8 large planters (diameter 1.8-2.2m) and 4 medium planters (diameter 1.2-1.6m) with a depth of 1-1.6m. All planters to include lifting hooks and watering system/reservoir, crash tested and anti-vandal/graffiti proof. The planters will be delivered by the Supplier to the Authority’s City Highway’s depot at 90 Leycroft Road, Leicester, LE4 1BZ.
Renewal Options
The proposed Contract will be for 3 months with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 3 months.
Award Criteria
| Quality | Tenderers are requested to respond to Compliance Statements and Quality Questions in the PAN3501 RfQ. The Compliance Statements will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis. Whilst the Quality Questions will be evaluated by the Council’s evaluation panel and a score will be given for each in line with the making scheme described in the PAN3501 RfQ. |
| Price | Supplier must provide their prices on the basis that they are making an offer on the conditions of the contract (including the Specification) as supplied in the RfQ.
