Description
The Supplier has been appointed via a direct award under Lot 11 – Ancillary Services of the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (Ref: SBS10190), to provide the following services: Project 1: CUG Estate Strategy Advisor: Stride Treglown will act as Strategic Advisor to Coventry University Group (CUG), supporting the delivery and evolution of its 2022 Estate Strategy. This includes providing flexible, ongoing advice on planning, master planning, stakeholder engagement, and development strategy. Project 2: CUG City Centre Masterplan Framework: Stride Treglown has been appointed to prepare a City Centre Framework Masterplan for CUG. This will align with the emerging Local Plan and support the University's development ambitions across its Coventry estate. The Masterplan will bring together current and future initiatives, including academic, student, and civic projects, into a clear, visual strategy. During the term of the SLA, CUG may require Stride Treglown to undertake additional projects or provide further services that fall within the scope of Lot 11 – Ancillary Services under Framework SBS10190.

Legal Justification
The Supplier has been appointed via a direct award under Lot 11 – Ancillary Services of the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (Ref: SBS10190).
