Description
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire (the Contracting Authority) intend to award a Contract for the provision of a Command and Control Solution, as detailed in the ITT Statement of Requirement.
Renewal Options
There will be an indicative implementation period of 18 months. The initial contract term will be six (6) years from system go live date. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the contract by up to two additional periods of 24 months The full contract duration if all extension options are take will be ten (10) years. (From system go live date)
Award Criteria
| Demonstrations | At this stage of the procurement, Suppliers will be invited to demonstrate the Command and Control functionalities of their proposed solution, showing how it will effectively meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority. Suppliers should note that the demonstrations are the sole method and opportunity to evidence their solution's ability to meet the specified requirements. No written response is required for this criterion, and no written submissions will be evaluated. Attendance at the demonstration is therefore mandatory for Suppliers wishing to be considered for award of the Contract. Suppliers who do not attend the demonstration will not be considered further in the procurement process. |
| Price | Price will be evaluated on the total Contract Period cost, covering all requirements. Pricing will be assessed across: Implementation & Milestones Costs (incl. Hardware) - 10% Annual Licensing, Support, Maintenance & Other Costs - 50% The lowest price for each element receives full marks, with all other bids scored pro‑rata against the lowest‑cost submission. |
