The Agreement enables AW to scale its teams through resource augmentation for ongoing operational support and enhancements, including regulatory changes, system upgrades, process optimisation, and transformation initiatives. The supplied resources will collaborate within multi-disciplinary, multi-partner teams, leveraging expertise in system architecture, engineering, and integration The Agreement aims to provide high-calibre digital, data, and technology resources to support Anglian Water's (AW) teams. These resources will be sourced from both Large Technology System Integrators and Mid-Tier Technology Companies, ensuring timely and flexible access to skilled professionals for short- to long-term engagements. Augmentees will integrate into AW's service lines and squads to support business change, major upgrades, and scaling of operational teams, adding expertise and capacity where needed.
