Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), on behalf of NHS Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board, intend to award zero volume, zero value contract(s) for the provision of a Community Adult Hearing Service across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Total Quantity or Scope

The service is for adults who are patients registered with a Coventry and Warwickshire ICB Place GP aged 55 or over.As a result of this Competitive Process, the ICB intends to award a zero volume, zero value contract to all providers who achieved the 60.00% Key Criteria threshold set by the Commissioners. A contract will be awarded to each successful Provider for a period of 3 years (1st April 2026 to 31st March 2029). The Commissioners may opt to extend the contract term by a further 2 years (1st April 2029 to 31st March 2031). This is an existing service. The new service will be delivered by existing and new providers. It is anticipated that the service provision resulting from this Competitive Process will have an annual value of £3,496,867 per annum based on activity of 37,445 procedures/annum. The total expected contract value for the 3 years plus 2 year extension is £17,484,337. Each contract is cost and volume, there is no guaranteed income level.
