Govanhill Housing Association wishes to appoint suitably qualified consultants to provide Architectural and Contract Administration Services, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services, Civil / Structural Engineer, Principal Designer services, Damp, Condensation & Mould Specialist Services, Fire Engineering Services and Fire Risk Assessor as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required.

| 1 | Architectural (including Contract Administration) Consultant Services Govanhill Housing Association (the Employer) wishes to appoint up to 5 nr suitably qualified consultants to provide Architectural and Contract Administration Services as part of the renewal of the Major Repairs Works Contract Framework and to provide support in other projects as required. |
