Description

A call-off of specialist building construction and maintenance providers to deliver minor works. The minor works contracted is divided into two LOTs. Lot 1: Minor Works up to the value of £25k Lot 2: Minor Works valued £25k to £250k The value is an estimate and there is no guarantee of work.

Value: £2M

Works value (up to £25,000.00) - Execution of different categories of associated building works as outlined below Handyperson (minor repairs) Water hygiene Mechanical and electrical services (M&E) Building fabric HVAC systems Roofs and guttering Jetting Security systems (intruder alarms, access control, CCTV) Floodlights and external lighting Drainage Footpath and external hard surface repairs General landscaping Fencing and railings Moves e.g. crate packing, physical moves, disposal clearance Graffiti removal, pest control Locksmith Automated doors and gates

Award Criteria

MS1 - Customer Satisfaction	For the two references that you have provided in Appendix G Conditions of Participation section 3.4, describe how the work was completed on time and on budget to ensure customer satisfaction. Detail any challenges that you faced and how these were addressed, how the performance standard was ensured, risk mitigation and health and safety put in place. Each reference shall total no more than 2 A4 pages, with 30 points allocated across the two examples
MS2 - Resource and Organisational Structure	Please provide details of available resources. Response should include organisational structure that will be used to ensure full delivery of instructed work. Maximum page limit of 2 pages of A4 sheet.
Total estimated cost of associated works delivery	Reference to the Pricing Document considering suppliers discounted provision for the associated works.

Award Criteria

MS1 - Processes and Activities	For a maximum of 2 of the services you are bidding for, demonstrate the industry standard good practice to deliver any instructed work. Response to include how you would integrate the relevant rules and regulations. Maximum page limit of 2 pages of A4 sheet.
MS2 - Performance Management	For a maximum of 2 of the services you are bidding for, detail description of how you will manage performance in key areas such as quality, cost and risk management. Maximum page limit of 2 pages of A4 sheet.
MS3 - Resources and Organisational Structure	Please provide details of available resources. Response should include organisational structure that will be used to ensure full delivery of instructed work.
