Description

Norfolk County Council is seeking to lease 8 health stations in year one and 7 health stations in subsequent years to provide an appropriate health check to individuals aged 16 years and above, enabling them to assess their health, identify risk, understand the appropriate next steps and have a record of their health check.

Renewal Options

The Contract may be extended by up to 48 months in 24 month increments at the Council's discretion.
