This notice is to inform that Cheshire East Council has modified two contracts under Regulation 72 (1) (b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 where (in respect of the additional work/services) a change of contractor; • cannot be made for economic or technical reasons such as requirements of interchangeability or interoperability with existing equipment, services or installations procured under the initial procurement, and • would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority, and the increase in price does not exceed 50% of the value of the initial contract value. The contracts that have been amended are: C0860 - Homelessness Resettlement Fund Lot 1 C1314 - Homelessness Resettlement Fund Lot 2 & 3 The modifications made are: - Increase in contract value. The new value for C0860 is £680,000.00. The new value for C1314 is £773,500.00. - Add and take an additional 3 month extension to the contracts, meaning both contracts will now expire on 30th June 2026.
