Description

This is an online counselling and support service for children and young people aged 10-25 in Liverpool. The service is available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year and enables individuals to access support directly via a qualified counsellor as well as access information and articles on mental health and social issues

Total Quantity or Scope

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside: Liverpool Place intend to award a one-year contract via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver online counselling and support to 10-25 year olds in Liverpool. The contract will start on 1 April 2026, expire on 31 March 2027 and has an annual value of £288,490 (plus any uplift in year).
