Legal Justification
This contract is awarded following a mini‑competition conducted under an existing compliant framework agreement (SBS10502 - Security Services, CCTV & VSS). The framework was established through a prior call for competition in accordance with the relevant public procurement rules. As only suppliers appointed to the framework are eligible to participate, no further call for competition is required. The use of this framework provides a lawful basis for awarding the contract without prior publication of a new contract notice.
