Description
Network Rail identified a requirement to put in place a framework agreement for the provision of creative and strategic solutions to communicate national, regional, internal, and external messages. The Framework Agreement contains two lots: • Lot 1 – Strategic and Campaign Services • Lot 2 – Creative and Production Services Suppliers will deliver creative solutions to communicate national, regional, internal, and external messages.
Lot Division
| 1 | Strategic planning and campaigns services Lot 1 Suppliers shall provide a strategy for a project, from the initial brief, produce the relevant creative outputs and deliver the project communications for internal and external activity. |
| 2 | Creative design, production, and activation services Lot 2 Suppliers will provide creative design, production, and activation services for internal and external activity which do not require a strategic approach or fully integrated communications. |
