Description

Orkney Islands Council has a requirement for an expert financial/commercial adviser in relation to the development of three wind farm sites comprising Orkney’s Community Wind Farm Project, and seeks suitably qualified and experienced consultants to undertake this work. All three wind farms are at different stages, and thus, require different levels of commercial advice.

Consortium bids are welcome however a lead consultant should be identified.

An economic operator that suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court of Court of Session.
