Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking market engagement with the Children's Social Work sector to obtain market research on models of care for a 4 bedroom Children's Home. Dumfries and Galloway are currently scoping creation of 1-2 children's homes in Dumfries and Galloway and are seeking organisations who operate children's home to feed into market research.

Total Quantity or Scope

Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking providers to inform the market research to determine the operating and financial model of two 4 bedroom Children's Homes in Dumfries and Galloway. We are looking to gain information on; Operational requirements within a home; what providers can offer. The staffing compliment for a 4 bed home. Overall high level commercial insight into providing a fully managed service within a Children's Home where the Home is owned and/or leased by the Council.
