1.1 The Service Purchaser is contracting the Service Provider to deliver: (i) domiciliary care; and (ii) respite at home to people in need living in harder to reach and rural areas to Individuals who fall into one of the following categories, Older Persons (65 years plus), Younger Adults (18-64 years) with a Physical Disability and/or Sensory Impairment (“Individuals”) and Individuals with Mental Health or Learning Disabilities who are presenting needs.
