Establishment of a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive transport and infrastructure planning, policy, modelling, engineering and technical advice. The Framework will support the planning, appraisal and delivery of transport and infrastructure projects and related policies across Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. It enables service users to draw on expert advice in a flexible and timely manner, ensuring informed decision making and effective project development. The Framework is likely to have 2 Lots: 1.
