NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Cheshire West Place intend to award have awarded a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to incumbent provider to deliver Acute Visiting and Wellbeing Service in Cheshire West. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2026, expire on 31st March 2027 and has an annual contract value of £425,948.17. The contract value is not guaranteed and payment will be made based on activity undertaken/cost per case tariff.
