Description
Appointment of a Project Manager led team comprising of an Architect, Civil Structural Engineer, Geo Environmental Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Sustainability & BREEAM Assessor, Cost Consultant, Landscape Architect and Principal Designer in line with the RIBA Plan of Work 2025
Total Quantity or Scope
CGDL seeks to appoint a Project Manager led team comprising of an Architect (Design Lead), Civil Geo Environmental & Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Sustainability & BREEAM Assessor, Landscape Architect and Principal Designer and Cost Consultant in line with RIBA Plan of Work 2025. The project consists of 3 buildings and associated infrastructure and site works. There will be three separate appointments for each building, with all progressing to the end of RIBA Stage 2 in parallel. The design development for one building will progress with the other two buildings paused, with the potential to be the two buildings by a private sector Joint Venture Partner or should funding become available to be delivered by Clyde Gateway and this appointment.
