This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.'Continuation of the YES staff input to the West Sussex CYP SPOA triage team. The SPOA takes self-referrals, referrals from parents/carers and professionals to ensure that CYP can access the most appropriate emotional wellbeing, mental health support and treatment which meets their needs at the earliest possible stage and with the minimum delay. It is delivered by the three organisations (SPFT, YMCA, and WSCC - YES) working in collaboration and integrated under a lead provider and sub-contracting arrangement. The SPOA bring together previously separate contracts and provides the access point to CYPMH and wellbeing services in West Sussex to create a more comprehensive ‘front door’ able to offer swift and consistent triage of referrals. The subcontracted relationship is mandated by NHS Sussex to support flows of patients into the wider YES and YMCA services that they contract directly.Sub-contracted provision of YES triage support embedded into the shared SPOA in West SussexAward Decision Makers:Mike Lander -DD - ContractsGeorge Guerges-Service Director Taofeeq Ladega-Senior Category Manager - Healthcare/ Clinical ProcurementAlison Nuttall-Managing DirectorNo declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest were identified among the individuals involved in the decision-making process.
