Description

Call-off contract from CCS Framework RM6116 following Further Competition The appointment of a single service provider to support and facilitate the migration of GMP's current telephony systems away from the existing unsupported system and onto Microsoft Teams technology.

Total Quantity or Scope

The award of this contract follows a Further Competition exercise issued via the CCS RM6116 Network Services 3 Framework RM6116 Lot 4b under the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. The Authority required a service provider to move the telephony system away from the exiting unsupported system, which currently poses the risk of potential failure and subsequently could introduce unrecoverable force wide outage with significant operational impact to the back-office estate.
